I first began collecting tobacco cards after seeing a set online featuring Napoleon Bonaparte. These seemed to be both a collection of compelling art and a history lesson in miniature. After getting that set and looking at the individual cards and perusing the text on the card backs, I felt I had found another hobby (and one that hopefully doesn’t take up too much room!).
